Card text location change

Hi All,
The location of White Wolfs CSV file has changed. To get Ardb to
update to the latest cards texts (including Blood Shadow Court, Public
Enemy and Flames of Insurrection) edit the ardb.ini file so that the
UpdateServer and UpdateFile settings so they are set to:
UpdateServer=download.white-wolf.com
UpdateFile=/download/download.php?file_id=131
I will update Ardb package soon.
