I cannot reproduce this with a fresh copy of v3.1.1 and the file from
http://www.powerbase-bath.com/files/vtescsv.zip.

This was on Windows XP. Did you restart Ardb after updating the card
databasse?

I have a laptop running windows vista and windows 7.
The windows 7 system and windows vista were not able to reproduce this
issue after reloading the .csv multiple times. I have a theory that your
problem arises from running either 64 bit versions of Windows 7 or Windows
Vista. If you are running ARDB without emulating it as 32 bit this may
cause errors in the translation to the database. The best way to fix this
problem is to make sure that the program is emulated as 32bit when you
reload the .csv to the database. Make sure that the Anarch Revolt Deck
Builder File Folder that you extract is within an emulated folder.. Usually
within your User Folder or the Program Files these files are emulated. If
you have the central file saved to the C: drive or in a root directory this
may be the problem. Try moving the folder then rerun the .csv manually.
