This has been a long time issue - we often have a project that runs over a
few years with sampling in the same localities.

For example one project has 25 sites that have weekly collection events
from each site for 4 years (1200 collection events).

I had the field techs take photos of the 25 sites so I could add these to
Arctos to archive what the sites and traps look like.

I'm sure you can imagine the problem that I now face - I'd be willing to do
25 separate actions to upload these images to their correct sites but we
can't link images to locations in Arctos, the closest we can get is
collection events. However, I'm not about to do 1200 different actions to
accomplish that.

I understand that sites change over time and see why it's better to link to
collection events - but what I need is some way to batch link from the
locality record. There is a link at the locality record to 'find all
collection events of this locality' - maybe a link could be made to 'upload
and link media to all collection events of this locality'? Thus I could do
25 actions to link all 1200 collections events to their corresponding
media...

Solution: We need to develop some sort of event-lookup service or
media-linker service.
