1) update current data to ISO8601 format. Toss to remarks anything that
doesn't fit.
2) new trigger, control to ISO8601
3) populate via other data for historic/existing Media; documentation for
new/incoming media

format and triggers are in place. Cannot find a "safe" (one which does not
make crazy and often incorrect assumptions) way to convert existing string
data to ISO8601 (which is of course exactly why ISO8601 exists....) -
closing this, can convert specific blocks as necessary.
