Hi Mariel - When do you think we should aim for an Arctos meeting. We should try to figure out a time so that people can figure that into their plans. I'm trying to figure out my plans right now, so it would be helpful.

What about Tuesday afternoon, before the reception (when other committee/council meetings are happening)?

Sure. That sounds reasonable. So far I've only heard back from you and Carol and Emily. Can anyone else attend during that time?

Perhaps we should approach some if the new collections.

I'm on the SPNHC Best Practices Committee so I'm not sure if I'll be able to make that time slot. The full SPNHC program isn't available yet, but usually committee meetings run 2 hours. Depending on scheduling it might not be an issue, but are there other possibilities besides Tuesday?

Hi Emily - Do you think that you could find out when your committee meeting is scheduled? Maybe we can work around that on Tuesday. I'm thinking that we'd need to meet either Tuesday or Friday, and people are already making plans for flights etc. I expect that we should leave Wed-Thurs open for the main meeting.

Hi All,

I checked with Kelly Tomajko from DMNS and she said that the SPNHC Best Practices Committee meets at 2:30-3:30 and the Icebreaker begins at 6pm so an afternoon meeting that Tuesday (6/20) seems like a good option. I’m not sure how long we’d like to meet but I can be there before and after that 1 hour BP meeting window.
