Hi all,
We will record the demo portion of the training and then have an open Q&A. Bring your questions and issues for personal attention!
We are doing a new series of training sessions, starting with one on the Manage Collection tool last week (recording to be shared soon). This Thursday, May 14 from 9-10am Pacific I'll be leading a training on Agents aimed at collection managers and data quality contacts.
