Hi folks, honestly this is important because a close friend of mine recently had a house fire caused by soot buildup in the chimney. It smoldered for a long time and burned part of their home, which really scared me. That’s why I now get my chimney cleaned regularly.

We’re currently scheduling chimney cleaning with Michael, and if a few neighbors join, we can get a group discount. Normally it costs up to $400, but with 3–4 houses it’s $169 per home.

Creosote is highly flammable and can spread fire quickly to the roof and walls. Regular cleaning removes this risk. We’ve used this company before and they do an excellent job. We’re also scheduling dryer vent cleaning with Michael. With multiple homes it’s $149 per home. Dryer vents collect lint and dust, which can become a serious fire hazard if not cleaned. (They also offer duct cleaning for $149.)

If you’re interested, please send me your availability, home address, and phone number via email, or text me at 240-202-8145 and don’t forget to mention Michael’s name. I’ll add you to the list.
