Error in weather data definition

Please let me know how to fix the problem related to the weather data inputs in the attached file. The ArcSWAT prompt shows that the index was outside the bounds of the array.FileName=FileNum=0

Can you tell what file it is complaining?

 

Ensure there are no blank spaces in this data and it includes the timestep you are simulating. 

 

Perhaps this isn’t the current problem, but also ensure you have ALL permissions on the ArcSWAT installation and project folders.
