Am having the same error while importing observed weather data (Temperature & Precipitation) for weather data definition

The error is:   Index was outside the bounds of array.: In reading line 0

Please how to fix

Some typing or other errors in your weather data set. making all the fork.txt files of your weather data and pc time zone and language must US.

Wrong format of the txt files.

I was calibrating but after editing and filling every parameters the calibration started but no improvement in change or running even for long time but look like hang just like the image below. pls could you tell me why? i have try to investigate the problem by running the swat.exe but similarly it hang.
