forrtl : severe(161) : Program exception - array bounds exceeded

Dear All,

I am trying to correct SWAT code about Algae, CBOD and TOC on Compaq
Visual Fortran. I made a simulation file(swat2000.exe), but SWAT
simulation was failed. My problem is the following :
