Uninstall Help

Hello

I was trying to install a new version of ArcSwat, and get an error that the previous version must be uninstalled.  Problem there is the old version is not on Add/Remove Programs to uninstall, I also tried the Microsoft Installation Fix software and it found no problems or that ArcSwat was installed.  I do see still at c:\swat but renaming that folder did not help with getting the new install to work.

Looking for any other thoughts on ways to remove the old version / upgrade to the new version.

Dear Andrew,

Remove the swat related registry files from Registry editor.

Start  -> search tab -> regedit -> ctrl+F -> type ArcSWAT and delete registry information.

I try for installation.

I having the same problem. I cant find ArcSWAT in the Add/Remove program of my computer. But whenever I am trying to install ArcSWAT, it says that ArcSWAT is already installed! I am using ArcGIS10.1 and ArcSWAT2012.Tried the uninstallation programs..but it didnt work. Can anybody help?

Uninstall using revo (this is a free uninstallar program that uninstalls and removes all the depended files)

 

Hopefully that works for you.

i am using arcswat that is not compatible to arcgis but now i need to uninstall arcswat it can not do. rather it shows SWAT-HRUs.dll assembly unable to load one or more of the request

You can use Quick Uninstaller to uninstall any program.
