error in building VAT and error is executing grid expression

Hi,

I am on HRU analysis step in Arc SWAT. Whenever I add soil layer to develop hrus, I got the geometric reference error, I fixed it but now I am getting following error

error in building VAT and error is executing grid expression.

Problem is in my soil layer....Crop layer is fine.

Fist I thought that I have zero values for my clay, silt of sand % or zero value for soil conductivity parameter in user soil table. Yes I do have  alot of zero values for soil parameters but I have changed  those zero values to 0.1 (not all zero values only for soil conductivity parameters, and soil, silt and sand percentage ) but I am still having the same problem

Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks
