Arc SWAT error

Dear team,

I have a problem when I reach a stage of Write input tables 

an error "conversion from string "12/31/3000 to type Date is not valid''  appears 

I cannot proceed 

what can I do

David:  This is due to the year being outside the range limits in the MAX columns (which is 2200) in the ciorng table.  It can be changed by editing this table in your master database as seen in the snap below.

I changed the regional time format to English (US) in Windows, restarted the computer and that solved the problem.
