Downloading ArcSWAT SWAT_HRUS.dll assembly Error 1001

Hello ArcSWAT users,
I'm new to the tool and have been trying to download the ArcGIS extension through https://swat.tamu.edu/software/arcswat/.
I have ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.1, and I also have the necessary Microsoft .Net files required before installing ArcSWAT. However, when I try to run the .exe setup file through admin, I keep getting this 1001 Error: Unable to get installer types in the SWAT_HRUS.dll assembly. Retrieve the loaderExceptions...
I cannot figure this out for the life of me! If anyone has any recommendations, this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Golub,
i have the same issue and recently solved it. i use to install ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.2 because it is fit to arcSWAT 2012.10_8.26. or maybe you can download lower version. i hope it is worked.
