So much empty area after Create HRUs

Hi everyone,

Thanks for Nancy's information, the model works well in new SWAT version now.

But I meet another problem in HRU definition, when I was defining the Landuse, Soil class, Slope class percentage in HRU thresholds.

when the number of the percentage is bigger than 0, there would be so much empty area in hru layer after Create HRUs.

But the sources from landuse layer and soil layer are not empty.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
