Error when installation

when i install the setup.exe, i get this message :

error 1001. unable to get installer types in the C:\SWAT\ArcSWAT_HRUs.dll assembly-->Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information. 

please help me. thanks.

I encountered the same issue: C:\SWAT\ArcSWAT_HRUs.dll assembly-->Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information.

The website says ArcSWAT 2012.10.25 (3 Jan 2023) for ArcGIS 10.8. In the release note it indicates that ArcGIS10.8.2 is required. I am using ARCGIS 10.8.1.

Could this be why I am getting the error?
