Argument "Expression" is not valid

When Defining the Weather Data I am getting this error ARgument "Expression" is not a valid value. In reading line 13149. 

The thing is I am only adding the location of the gauging stations since all the data in the wgnuser, in this case only the temperature  data is the one that is giving me this error, but I don't know is what 13149 line to look for the error since in my tmp text file I only have 25 gaging stations, so I don't know where to fix this error. 

Let me know if you have any suggestions on how I can fix this error.
