Unable to install SWAT

Dear Users,

I am trying to install ArcSWAT 2.3.4, however, it is giving the error at the end of installation with error code 2869. I could not understand its meaning. I checked its minimum requirements i.e. .NET, spatial analyst, arcGIS 9.2 service pack. Please any one help me to install the program.

Dear Rusley,

 It is better, if you can't install  ArcSWAT 2.3.4 on Arcgis 9.2, you install(s) your ArcGIS package or windows again. 

or, You should install ArcSWAT 2009.93.7b or ArcSWAT 2.3.4 versions on ArcGIS 9.3

or install ArcSWAT 2012.10_0.2 version on ArcGIS 10.1.

One thing which worked for me is to change the type of ArcGIS installation from "Typical" to "Complete". Don't know how it made a difference, but that's the only thing I changed and it worked.
