Harvest only operation not showing output.mgt file

Hello,

I ran the harvest only operation from the ArcSWAT interface on a watershed. The data was recorded in the mgt file of the subbasin I used the harvest only operation on but when I run the SWAT program, I don't see a harvest only operation in the output.mgt file. I tried going into the source code to add this format statement

1007  format (a5,1x,a4,3i6,1x,e10.5,1x,2a15,8f10.2,30x,5f10.2,14x,6f10.2)

I compiled the code and ran the simulation again but this didn't make any difference. I would like ideas on what to do as regards this. Thank you!
