The older version of ArcSWAT cannot be removed.

My computer is running Windows 10 Enterprise with ArcGIS 10.8.2 installed. After installing ArcSWAT, it does not appear in ArcMap. When I attempted to uninstall and reinstall SWAT, I encountered the issue shown in the image. I followed the online uninstall instructions to remove SWAT, but upon reinstalling, the installer reported that the old version could not be removed and advised me to contact the technical support team.

What I can confirm so far is that SWAT has been installed successfully; the problem is that it doesn’t show up in ArcMap. Guys, I need help! image (1).png
