Shape file of outlet points

Hello,

I am using SWAT-Cup and in the process, I needed to import a Shape file as an outlet but SWAT-Cup is not automatically generating the shape file of that folder. I was told by the support team at  SWAT-Cup to reach out to ArcSWAT to help me create a shape file of my outlet points. Any idea how I can do this please?
