I have begun using a model developed in SWAT 2012 revision 681.  It is quite large with almost 3000 sub-basins.  Input files are developed and edited using a collection of Matlab scripts and functions.  I welcome any guidance on how the model could be transitioned into the newer ArcSWAT software, if at all.
Thanks

The latest ArcSWAT3 uses ArcGIS Pro, but it sounds as if you have
prepared the SWAT input files without using a GIS system. In this case
no transition is necessary, because ArcSWAT3 uses the standard SWAT2012
editor and SWAT executable.
