Failed to install ArcSWAT on the server

Our team recently tried to install ArcSWAT on our server, but when the installation of SWAT was finished, only "SWAT HRU Delineator" could be seen in the option of Extensions. We check and install many times, however, the 'SWAT project MANAGER'' and "SWAT watershed Delineator" still could not be found in the options. What could be the potential reason?

I am encountering a similar problem with my recent installation of ArcSWAT 2012. Any answers on the problem? Is there any guidance that can be provided to get the SWAT Project Manager toolbar? Are there any directions on how I may be able to find the necessary files in the component libraries in the installation folders? Thanks.
