Problem with ArcSWAT at weather stations

After importing my files I encounter this problem : Text file specification field separator matches decimal separator or text delimiter
here is my file

Jonathan:

I don’t see anything obviously wrong with the file.  Just to be sure, I wanted to check that you have daily file(s) with the names included (ansegmir, etc.) including an extension of ‘.txt’. 

 

I have attached sample files with this message.

 

If you are starting a new project and would be able to switch to our newest SWAT model, named SWAT+, that would be great.  This model has been updated including new options and supporting interfaces.  This is the model we are actively supporting and improving on a day-to-day basis.  I have included a link below for your review.
