Error open DEM grid, step "Watershed Delineation"

Hi everyone,

 

I'm having problems runing the "Watershed delineation" step. It allways gives me the error:

Error Number: -2147467259
Error Message: Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a
COM component.
Module name: frmmain
Function name: cmdOpenDem
Procedure(error line or description): 5

----------------------------------------------------

 

I've installed AcrSWAT 2009.93.7b, and it worked in another my former computer, but not now... I have reinstalled it, run it as Administrator, gave full access to "c:\Swat" folder, but the error persists.

 

Can anyone help me with this, please?

Hi again,

 

It seems a really basic question, but I can't seem to find the way to see which software Version + Service Pack is installed to check the compatibility... the "About" option doesn't seems to show the SP... how can I know this ?

 

Another particularity is that I had de exact same package installed on a Windows XP system, which worked perfectly, and now I am trying to install it on Windows 8 computer.... is this operative system a problem?

Hi, I'm also suddenly having this problem. I had encountered it in the past with the Beta version of ArcSWAT 2012, but when I installed the version released Feb. 14, 2013 the problem went away. I was able to use ArcSWAT for a month maybe, before suddenly this problem started again. It had previously worked, and suddenly stopped!

I uninstalled ArcSWAT and reinstalled it, verified that I had the most recent Arc 10.0 service pack (5), and made sure that I had full permissions in both the C:/Swat/ArcSWAT and in the project file.

Is there any help out there on how to fix this?

He instalado AcrSWAT 2009.93.7b, y funcionó en otra mi computadora anterior, pero ahora no ... Lo reinstalé, lo ejecuté como administrador, di acceso completo a la carpeta "c: \ Swat", pero el error persiste .

 

¿Puede alguien ayudarme con esto, por favor?
