It is permission issue with project folder. Make sure the project
folder is full control for all users of the computer.

I have made the full permission to all users change,  but am still having this error. Its when I click the watershed delineation button. No problems till then.

 

I have the latest version of SWAT, and Arc 10.1. Any help would be appreciated.

more than 200 MB.

My file is about 153MB

Could you please let me know how did you solve this problem of Error 91? I am facing the same problem. I am using windows 7, 64 bit. ArcGIS 9.3 and SWAT 2009. 

I tried both SRTM and ASTER DEM for this purpose. How to make the folder full control to all users..??

Hi all,

I know this is an old thread, but I just ran into this problem. I tried all the other suggestions with no change, even reinstalling SWAT to a different drive. Turns out, because I was using a very fine-scale DEM, I was selecting too many outlets that were very close to one another. Zooming waaaay in and making sure I was only selecting one outlet, or deleting unneeded outlets, or sampling up my DEM to a larger scale, resolved this issue (although literature suggests watershed delineation is sensitive to DEM cell size, so I was reluctant to upsample).
