Dear Zahid,

Try to check as per:

  1. DEM Projection: Ensure your Digital Elevation Model (DEM) has a proper projected coordinate system defined. ArcSWAT might have issues processing data without a proper projection. Check the DEM properties and define a relevant projection system if not already set.

  2. Threshold Issues:

  • Stream Threshold: The stream threshold defines the minimum contributing area required for a cell to be considered part of a stream. Adjust the threshold in ArcSWAT settings. A higher threshold might be needed for a larger watershed.
  • Snap Threshold: This threshold defines the minimum distance for an outlet to snap to a stream segment. Adjusting this value in ArcSWAT settings might help with outlet placement issues.
  1. Software Issues: Consider the following:
  • Permissions: In rare cases, permission issues can cause errors. Ensure you have write access to the folders where ArcSWAT writes output files.
Regards!
