poor swat cup calibration result. streamflow highly overestimated

Dear all,

I calibrated my model but I have two p-factors, one at 0.9 and another at 0.09 in the same calibration run. I want to understand what that means. Also my R2 value is stacked at 0.32 with high overestimation by the model than the observed. Is there anything I am doing wrong in my calibration or swat setup and run. Please I need your expert suggestions and advice on how to improve this. I am attaching my sufi-2 in and out data for your perusal. Thank you. I am new to this and solving this is important for my thesis. My 95ppu plot is also attached which I do not really understand well. Please help. Waiting on your suggestions and help
