It suggests that information about the weather stations is missing. Check all the input that is required for this and try again

There was a bug with weather database and you had to change the names of some variables. I do not remember if this error message was caused by that bug. This forum contains more information about how to check.

My current problem, on the other hand, is that I get no error message and still the stage of writing input tables remains grey. I did not have this problem before upgrading arcgis 10.2 and to the latest arcswat .16 However, I have changed some things since then with the data so diagnosing is difficult.

Also the automatic watershed delineation is not working as it was originally (before updating to 10.1. and the arcswat from july). After adding reservoirs manually the subbasins from the tool window disappear. Also I seem to be unable to use the table form for updating the point sources. I have user defined subwatersheds and streams.

Well, regarding my own problem, restarting ArcGIS revealed that there were couple of error messages produced by ArcSWAT. However, the restart enabled the write input tables menu and the programme seems to be running once again.

I am having the exact same problem and I see that in the SWAT2012 database the wgnrng file is not there.  There seems to be a problem with the initial writing of this file.  Any other ideas?  I am using the latest ocotober release of ArcSWAT.

The "wgnrng" data is not a file, but a table in the swat2012 database, I believe.  It's in my database (I just checked), although you are apparently using a newer version and perhaps things have changed.  Do you have access to an older swat2012 database?  If so, try copying the wgnrng table into the swat2012 database you're using.
