fixing OLEDB error

Hello,

Is anyone familiar with the following error when trying to use ArcSWAT 1.0.3. I'm running on ArcGIS Pro 3.4.5 so I should be good there.

ERROR: Failed to connect to project database C:\_Active\ArcSWAT\BuchSWAT\BuchSWAT.mdb: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine..

My understanding is that it needs Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016, but I am not able to get this installed. It seems like this complicated by Microsoft Azure. I'm not super adept at understanding these issues, so I was hoping someone might have a simpler idea of something I could try.
