Re: comparison of swat simulated soil moisture with global datasets

Dear all

I want to compare the globally available soil moisture dataset with swat simulated soil moisture. I found in papers that swat simulated soil moisture content as plant available water. So I am confuse which variable to choose in the output folder ( sw_init and sw_ end, in hru folder and sw in subbasin) . Also how do I know that the particular values belong to a certain depth of soil. 

Please help me in this regard.
