Hi all,

I am interested in the details of SWAT output at HRU level, when I unchecked the limit HRU button and run swat model at a daily step,
I got the error message: "Not enough space on temporary disk". Could anyone tell me how to solve the problem?

Best,
Tingting

You can reduce the HRU output by asking SWAT to print fewer output variables. Look at the SWAT2009 Input/Output manual chapter for file.cio. Look for the IPDVAS variable in this chapter.

Hope that helps.

Dear Naresh,

Thank you for your reply but I need to print all the HRU output variables.
Maybe I should change the temporary disk storage.

Thanks,
Tingting

Tingting and Binod,
I would use any language to separate the output.hru into small files, e.g., based on the X number of subbasin in each file, then continue from there.
Hope this help.
