Cannot access settings.

to CA ARCserve D2D User Group
I can run back jobs and they work successfully, but when I go into
Settings, the boxes never populate. Even when I access the Web Page
from another server I can't seem to get the schedule to work.

Has anybody run into this?

Are you using only D2d or Central protection manager  to create policies?

Do you see all the settings empty or are they disabled/grayed out? Can
you post a screenshot?
