Hi all,
i have two NEC server Express5800. Same machines, buy the same day.
On each, two HDD 500Go with Raid1
On the first one i have 2008 R2 SERVER in 3 partitions (C; D; E), working in production.
I want to do a BMRecovery on the second one.
I build  the USB Key and i have the BMR CDROM.
I boot the second one with the BMR CDROM and tried to use even the Express mode or the Expert mode.
Each time the 3 partitions are restored but it cannot restore the 100Mo system reserved partition.
so i cannot start the server cause there is no boot partition.
I tried this many time... Same problem.
What should i do?
thank for your informations.
Laurent

Hi, Laurent,

Since no users have responded, I'd suggest contacting our Support folks, who will likely ask you to provide logs.

HI all D2D users,
to avoid problems restoring the system partition, go to "My Computer", chose "Manage" and give a drive letter to the System Reserved Partition.
That's it

thank you CA Support.

Regards
Laurent
