I have a user that cleaned out their deleted items in their exchange account. With Arcserve D2D, how can I restore a folder or the mailbox of that individual user?
Any links to knowledge base or advice would be helpful. I am looking through your knowledge base now.

Hi,
You'd need to perform a granular restore. As long as CA ARCserved D2D
is installed on the Exchange server, you can follow the instructions
for Restore Exchange Mail in the User Guide.

Would it be beneficial to upgrade to r16 for this restore. I am not seeing anything on granular restore in the r15 documentation so far, at least in searches I am not seeing anything.
