Hi all,

We are facing an issue with the D2D installation on one server. Although the configuration has not changed and everything did work before, D2D stopped to create backups. If I submit a new job for (e.g. for a full backup), nothing happens. In the log I can just see the following message:

"A makeup job for missed "Incremental Backup" is scheduled.

It seems that this job is corrupt and prevents D2D from starting other jobs.

What do you suggest in order to get D2D to work again?

Thank you,
Matthias

Is "Backup-*.log" file created under logs sub-folder for every job
that fails to run? Do you see any errors in it? Can you post the
content of one of those files here?

Backups appear to be failing in connecting to backup destination with
error code 5 (access denied error). Can you check if the user
"domain\user" has read-write access to the backup destination? In case
the credentials of the user has changed after the backup was
configured you will also have to change that in backup destination
setting in D2D so that D2D can connect to it.
