Which D2D Server Version I need to make an Exchange granular recovery,
Standard or Advanced?

it seems Standard is enough.
Any one can confirm?

The Answer it's Advanced
In Advanced version now you have the SQL, Exchange and Hyper - V Plug in.

Ooops, that description text is wrong.
Exchange Backup - with and even without granular recovery - definitely
requires the D2D Advanced Edition.
