NW Mapbook 2009-Mar-03 deprecated

The download package NW-Mapbook_2009-March-03.zip has been deprecated
because a problem with _install.bat renders it unusable. Manual
installation should still be okay:
1. run _install.bat
2. import "Visual_Basic\NWMapBookUIPrj.reg" (2x-click on it)
The issue for this is http://code.google.com/p/arcmapbook/issues/detail?id=53.
After the fix is verfied I'll post a new download release (or people
can just checkout the nwmapbook branch from svn).
