Interesting! I'm happy to see it is python based as I'm personally a lot
more comfortable there and it won't be so difficult to setup a
development environment. I wonder how much of Mapbook's feature set is
available -- with the question behind the question being: will we be
able to jump wholesale to 9.4 Data Driven Pages or will we be torn
betwixt the two?

Seeing as we still haven't recieved ArcGIS 9.3.1, I likely won't be able
to satisfy my curiosity first hand until mid 2010. sigh. oh well, at
least I know there is good stuff coming (*especially* being able to bulk
fix broken paths!)
