February 2009 Binaries: Customizations not working

I downloaded the "Mapbook_for_9.3_2009.February.zip" distribution. It
installed great on Windows Server 2008/64. All of the traditional
Mapbook functionality seems to work fine, however, none of the
customizations listed in the "Customized DS Map Book Manual.doc" seem
to work: New Indicator Frames, Setting Definition Query Options.

Are they supposed to work in this distribution? Is there something
special I need to do to turn these on?

Hi Chip,

The "Customized....doc" refers to the work of Jerry Chase which is in
a branch, not in the main distribution,

Checkout instructions are here:
http://code.google.com/p/arcmapbook/source/checkout. If you're not
familiar with svn, I highly recommend TortoiseSVN,
http://tortoisesvn.net/.

I should probably move the doc into the branch or otherwise make it
clear the things it describes are not available by default. Thanks for
pointing out the confusion.

that honour goes to Larry Young; I just put together the web resources
to help improve it.
