Want to add repository to the drop down

I wonder if anyone can provide some tips; I am trying to add a repository as an option in the search drop-down like shown in the screen show. But my ruby skills are not the best, search_bar_component.rb is the file I need to work with, but I am unsure how to get it to pull the repository name.

Right now, I just did a text value so I can generate the screenshot of what I am trying to do.
