Hi everyone,

This may be a dumb question, but could someone explain what determines when a Contents list is generated in the main column of a finding aid (ex when clicking any series in this from Duke finding aid https://archives.lib.duke.edu/catalog/vergaracj) ? I initially assumed that it only generated when there was an item nested within another item. However, that is not consistently the case in our environment. I think we may have undone some work when we recently had developers make only items clickable if they had additional content (ie notes).

Thanks!

Hi Bri,

The contents list in the main column is rendered when the currently viewed document has one or more child documents.
