Just found a such tool, named pacbuilder, is available in the AUR of
archlinux, we can install it via yaourt.

What's the context of this mail?
Could we bootstrap gcc/binutils in arch way? It's not a problem, LFS is good, too.
There are some words in gcc's PKGBUILD:
# toolchain build order: kernel-headers->glibc->binutils->gcc->binutils->glibc

Are you going to start this project? Wonderful!
Should we cross-complie or use loongson's machine? It's a big project.
