To install, copy and paste this line:
git clone git://repo.or.cz/mplayer && cd mplayer && git checkout origin/mt && git submodule init && git submodule update && ./configure && make && make install
To enable threading run mplayer -lavdopts threads=N file.mkv where N is the number of threads you want to use.
Você utilizou o parametro threads=N (numero de threads que vc tem ai) no ffmpeg-mt?
Tem que funcionar meu caro, caso nao der use vdpau se tiver placa de video nvidia.

Não está funcionando com algum vídeo específico? Funciona com 57,12%
dos filmes? Quantos frames de ref. tem o stream? É 60i ou 24p? Seu
proc. é multi-core? Sem detalhes e sem a descrição do que você já
tentou fazer, dificilmente alguém aparecerá com uma explicação.
