EAD output wrong folder order

This is a weird questions that I'm hoping has an easy answer.

A staff person is adding two new folders to the end of a series of about 300 existing folders (The new folders are 1382.281 and 1382.282* in the images below). The folders are in the correct order in ASpace, but when exported as EAD they've somehow moved upward to entirely the wrong position. What possibly could be the problem and what is the fix? (I know I could delete the entire resource and rebuild it or something, but that feels a little extreme...). Any help is appreciated.
