Security pre-release announcement for 1.12.2 and 1.13.2

Hi everyone,

On Dec 13th we will be issuing a security release to recent branches of Archivematica.
The new releases will be:

• 1.12.2
• 1.13.2

This will resolve a critical severity vulnerability found in Archivematica.
Fixes will be available in these respective release branches. Patches will be available as well as new packages.

We recommend planning ahead and block public access to Archivematica web services immediately, e.g. using network policies or web server access control settings.
