ClamAV not installed v 1.5

I found that when I hit this line in the 1.5 clean install instructions

sudo freshclam

I got an error message that the application was not found

I ran 

sudo apt-get install clamav 

and then 

sudo freshclam

and that seems to have fixed it.

Until it reached this point, where it fails loading the virus DB.
