Reingest

Dear community, regarding the reingest, I read in  the manual:

Select a metadata.csv file. Note name of the file must be exactly metadata.csv and the file must follow the structure outlined in Import metadata. The file must also be staged in the same Transfer Source location that you stage your objects for transfer to Archivematica.

So if the first time I transfer the digital object with this structure:
myFolder/
└── bird.mp3
└── metadata └── metadata.csv

in case of re-ingest can I create a folder like this one or do I have to store the digital object too ?

newFolder
└── metadata └── metadata.csv

In general myFolder name change basing on the digital object and I don't know where retrieving if I need to reingest metadata.csv
