Failed store the AIP

Gentleman, good afternoon.

I installed archivematica, following the instructions in the installation manual on the archivematica website.

However, i have this problem with Store AIP failing. Has anyone ever had this problem? Could you guide me? I've tried everything, but I haven't been able to fix it.

Hi Maná, good morning.
I managed to solve my problem. In my case, the problem was related to the hardware, specifically the processor, which was an older AMD. Therefore, I had to install it on a machine with a more current processor, in this case I used an Intel. This way I managed to get around the problem.
