Processing Configuration not populating when beginning transfer

Hello,

I have been trying to initiate new transfers, but once my material is selected and the transfer named, the processing configurations are not populating when I click on the drop-down list under Start transfer. I can click Start transfer and get a blue message box saying the transfer is happening but nothing runs and there aren't any active transfers when in the /archivematica/sharedDirectory/watchedDirectories/activetransfers folder.

Can anyone offer some advice for how to overcome this?
